Elvia Palumbo
Elvia Palumbo was born in Panama Republic of Panama in 1972. She has a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Biology from Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, Tennessee. Elvia is also a graduate of Vogue College of Cosmetology, Mcallen, Texas, and Licensed Esthetician in the state of Texas. Le Chic Esthetics is a Hispanic Veteran Female owned business. Elvia proudly served for 22 years in the United States Army as a UH-60 BlackHawk Helicopter Instructor Pilot, achieving the highest rank in the Warrant Officer Corps. My sons and I are proud to be part of San Antonio, TX.
Dr. Ngozi Okorafor, MD

Dr. Okorafor earned her Bachelor of Science in biology from Howard University in Washington, DC, in 2013. She completed her medical degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, Texas, in 2017 and her Family Medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine Family and Community Residency Program in Houston, Texas, in 2021. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2021.
